Small Changes Big Differences

by Brooke Fields on 06/10/10

Did you know that a small amount of reshaping of your teeth can create a big difference in your smile??? On Tuesday this week we had one of our assistants sit down in the dental chair and took a look at her smile. We noticed small chips and uneven areas of her upper front teeth. So Dr. Ghorshi simply smoothed off the edges and rounded the corners of her teeth. Wow what a difference!! Now the teeth look even and uniform as if she had major work done! She spent less than 15mins in the chair and didnt even have a shot! Not everyone can have this done to acheive the look they are going for but its worth at least discussing with Dr. Ghorshi.

Dental Implants

by Brooke Fields on 06/03/10

Dental implants are becoming more and more common to replace missing teeth. In the past most everyone would either get a bridge or a partial denture to replace a missing tooth/teeth. Now a better alternative would be an Implant with crown for replacment, its a single unit that is permantly placed in the mouth. So there no taking in and out of partials or getting used to using bridge flossers. Cleaning dental implants are as easy as cleaning your natural teeth, you brush and floss around them the same as you would your whole mouth, no extra steps are needed.
